DrumFit

 

Tomorrow the morning Kindergarten children along with the Grade 1/2 Class will be participating in Drum Fit. Drum FIT is a fun, fast-paced fitness program that combines music, dance, rhythm and learning. You may have to copy and paste the url into the address. The children are encouraged to wear very comfortable clothing. The morning children will be participating from 9:45 to 10:30 and the afternoon from 1:00 to 1:45. Those children who have a Meadowvale TShirt are encouraged to wear it. A special thank you to the PIC group for providing the funding for this great opportunity. I should be in wonderful shape at the end because I will be participating twice in one day.
